So i have just about completed my first week of my second year of college. It has definitely been one of the best weeks ever. It started out on Monday night with a concert by
Quietdrive, on Tuesday we watched
Iron Man 2 on Old Main Hill, on Wednesday we went and saw
Ryan Hamilton the comedian, and tonight we are going to play
high stakes bingo. This year i have my own room with a lot of space. I am living in the Oakridge apartments about five minutes from campus. One of my best friends Jon lives in the building right across from me and that has been a lot of fun. It's a really social place and we have met a lot of people. I filled my room with posters, bulletin boards, and bookshelves.
My roommates are
Courtney, Courtney, and Shante. One of the Courtney's was my roommate last year. We are having so much fun. My classes are fairly manageable. I'm taking
Health and Wellness, Introduction and History of Physical Education, Population and Society, Stress Management, Jazz Technique, and Bowling. My major is exercise science if you couldn't already tell. I love it so far. Funny story of the week. Me and Courtney went to go look at the pool and hot tub area. The gate was open and when we walked in, it shut. We didn't have a pool key yet so we were locked in. After about twenty minutes of trying to find someone WITH a pool key, we had to jump the spired fence.
So Bryce, my missionary, is doing amazing.
He leaves for Panama on monday. He gets to call me from the airport and I am beyond excited. Well i know this isn't that interesting but i've never done this before so it will get better.
